The Caballero 500 Rally is dedicated to those who love the details, but with an adventurous soul. The off-road chassis make it the ideal companion for your exciting trips, with 43 mm adjustable suspension and increased travel which reaches 200 mm front and rear, high front fender, aluminium swingarm and handlebars with crossbar.
Your dreams will be made of open paths in front of you. The Rally is the most off-road version of Caballero, designed to make you dream on two wheels of adventures in faraway lands.

ENGINE

The single-cylinder, 4-valve, liquid-cooled, electonic fuel injection engine is now Euro5 compliant. It provides a great performance on the asphalt, combined with efficiency on off-road tracks. The ECU control unit has an updated mapping, ensuring an even smoother engine power at all RPMs and also optimising performance in terms of maximum power and torque. The exhaust system is made in Italy by Arrow with twin chrome silencers.

CHASSIS

Caballero Rally 500 is the most off-road oriented model of the family. The Caballero range features a Chrome-molybdenum steel central-tube frame. This technical choice favours lightness once again, ensuring incredible agility and comfort. The front forks are a 43mm upside-down FANTIC FRS, adjustable in compression and preload; the rear suspension is also the adjustable FANTIC FRS. The spoked 19″ front and 17″ rear wheels give it a real scrambler look, enhanced further with the fitting of Michelin Anakee Wild knobby tyres. The 320mm front and 230mm rear wave brake dics and disengageable Continental dual-channel ABS guarantee great safety in every situation.

AESTHETICS

The Caballero Rally offers a lot of off-road details: handlebars with crossbar, front fender, engine skid plate, headlamp protection grille, front number plate, off-road tyres. Two colours are available: in addition to the army green version, a new sand colour version with matt black details joins the range.
